
About the 2025 Celebrations
The SYF Celebrations provides a platform for student performers to demonstrate their passion in dance, drama and music and to engage with the community through the arts. It also offers opportunities for students to collaborate with local artists and practitioners to further develop artistic skills and dispositions.

Band Jamboree | Band Jamboree is a programme spotlighting diverse talents from school bands and band-related ensembles, including full bands, woodwind ensembles, brass ensembles, and percussion groups. Kaleidoscope | Kaleidoscope celebrates the rich tapestry of instrumental music in Singapore schools, by providing a platform for youths to showcase their musical talents and present innovative performances that connect with the wider community. | ||
Shall We Sing? | Shall We Sing? is a programme for choirs to showcase diverse repertoire ranging from local ethnic songs to regional and popular music. The programme features audience participation in the musical experience through sing-alongs, body percussion, simple choreography, and other activities. | ||
The Youth Station Project
| The Youth Station Project nurtures young musicians’ creative talents through original music composition. The Young Playwright Presents | The Young Playwright Presents enables students to take on various theatre roles, such as playwright, actor, director, and editor, encouraging them to consider different perspectives and understand the importance of various roles in creating a production. The Media Room | The Media Room provides students who show interest in photography or videography with the opportunity to hone their craft under the guidance of industry professionals. Students can gain valuable hands-on experience as they capture significant moments during the SYF Celebrations. Selected works will be posted on SYF social media platforms. |
