The Exhibition Catalogue
The art exhibition catalogue presents a vital extension of the exhibition by showcasing the unique expressions and voices of all our student artists. Importantly, it testifies to the vibrant and diverse art learning in all our schools.
The SYF 2017 Art Exhibition catalogue features a number of "firsts". For the first time, the catalogue features the artists' processes and important details of their artworks through close-up images. This gives us precious glimpses into our artists' minds and makes visible the rich learning that art engenders.

Other than student artists' work, another first is that every page of the catalogue is also one-of-a-kind and specially designed by the respective SYF Art Exhibition Coordinators of each school. In this way, the catalogue is also a labour of love and collegial collaboration that brought together Art Exhibition Coordinators from participating schools who together explored, created, shared and learnt from one another as they designed and reflected their personal voices as teachers of the student artists of their respective schools.
